Choosing the Right Size

What Size Should I Get?
Don’t rely solely on product photos; they often show larger sizes. Here’s how to pick the right size:

Review the Material and Size options in the product menu.

Use blue painter's tape to mark the size on your wall, then step back to see how it fits in your space.

Choose your size carefully, as we can’t fix ordering mistakes once production starts.

How Are Sizes Listed?
Sizes are listed as Width (left to right) x Height (top to bottom).

Need a Different Size?
We can sometimes create custom sizes, depending on the design and material. Contact us before ordering with the exact product, material, and dimensions (in inches). Let us know if you prefer landscape or portrait orientation, and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request.

Is it really just canvas?

Is This a Canvas Sign?
Yes! Our canvas signs are gallery-wrapped, museum-quality art, handmade in our USA workshops. They’re designed to look like authentic, rustic materials, perfect for vintage charm with a modern twist. We also offer Wood and Metal signs in various designs.

Is the Canvas Sign Framed?
Some canvas designs create the illusion of a frame, but they aren’t actually framed. It’s just clever artwork without the added weight!

Do You Offer Framing?
Not yet, but it’s on our list for the future.

Can I See a Proof of My Personalized or Custom Design?
Yes! We’ll email you a proof after purchase. Quick responses help keep your order on track. Please note that we don’t provide proofs before purchase.

Need Help with Personalization or Custom Requests?
Follow the instructions in the product listing. For special requests, contact us before placing your order. After finalizing details, include notes at checkout to flag it as custom.

Custom Design Process

  1. Email us with your request, including size, product type, design idea, wording, and shipping address.
  2. We’ll send a quote and ask any additional questions.
  3. Once you approve the design and complete payment, we’ll start the design process.
  4. We’ll send proofs and ask for revisions if needed. Once approved, your design goes into production.

How to hang your sign

Can be hung from the top support bar or sawtooth hangers. They’re lightweight and can often be hung with push-pins, command strips, or small nails.

Shipping Questions

Can I change or cancel my order?

We’re excited to get started on your order right away!

If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible—ideally within an hour of purchase.

We may be able to help if production hasn’t started yet.

In your email please include your order number and if you need a CHANGE ORDER, CANCELATION or ADDRESS CHANGE on the title line!

How long will my order take?

Production: 5-8 business days, depending on the item.

Shipping:

Continental USA: 6-9 business days with free shipping.

Canada: 7-10 business days with free shipping on most sizes.

Australia: 6-9 business days with free shipping.

UK: 8-15 business days with free shipping.

How do you ship?

We typically use UPS, but other carriers may be used depending on your location. Shipping is FREE for the “Lower 48 States” in the US. We also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and the UK!

Can you ship to a PO Box?

No, we require a valid street address for delivery. If you need to use a PO Box, please contact us before ordering.

Change of shipping address

Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We need to hear from you within one hour of placing your order. After that, we can’t make changes, and once your order ships, we can’t alter the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Package?

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, check around your delivery area, with neighbors, and wait 36 hours. If it’s still missing, contact us. For damaged items, email us photos of the damage, the box, and the shipping label within 7 days, and we’ll assist you.

Refunds. Returns, & Exchanges

Can I cancel my order?

We start processing orders immediately. If you need to cancel, we might be able to help if production hasn’t started yet. Contact us as soon as possible.

Can I change my order?

If you need to make a change, contact us within an hour of purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We don’t accept returns or exchanges because every item is handmade to order. All sales are final, so it’s important to double-check everything before and after placing your order. If there’s an issue with your item, contact us, and we’ll work to make it right.
